ITLa direttrice dell' hotel molto carina, gentile e sempre disponibile. Il fatto di avere l' ingresso dell' appartamento dall' esterno senza dover passare dalla hall.
Darei una rinfrescata alle pareti e sistemerei alcune cosette di estetica. Poi aggiungerei dei piani di appoggio in bagno, visto che bello spazioso, essendo un' appartamento per disabili ci sta. Però visto che viene utilizzato anche da normo dotati farei in modo che il doccino possa essere fissato ad un supporto al muro.

FRSuper séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel, le petit déjeuner était excellent ainsi que les chambres le personnel toujours à l’écoute et souriant et la piscine était parfaite pour se rafraîchir après une journée plage , j’ai vraiment apprécié le faite qu’il nous mette à disposition des serviettes et des parasols pour la plage , je recommande l’établissement et j’y reviendrai.

FRLa propreté des lieux et la gentillesse du personnel en particulier Andrea qui est top et très gentille. Plages magnifiques à proximité, bcp mieux que dans le sud de l’île.
Sans voiture un peu compliqué de se déplacer. Service de bus restreint. Piscine assez petite.

GRWe had a wonderful stay at Waterlily Hotel Apartments in Kalathas, Chania. The apartment was very spacious, with a lovely balcony offering a great sea view. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach. Breakfast was amazing – freshly cooked every morning and truly delicious. Angela, the hostess, was exceptionally kind and helpful, making the whole experience warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!
