Хорошее расположение. Возможность бесплатного бронирования и бесплатной отменой бронирования

Номера немного убитые, ремонт старый, мебель новая. В ванной треснутая раковина, старая плитка. Вид не очень. Ещё и шумоизоляция плохая, слышал как храпит сосед через стену. Выход окна на центральной улицу, поэтому было шумновато, спал в берушах. Завтрак слабоват, хотелось бы более разнообразный ассортимент овощей и десерт нормальный. Из сладкого только 1 вид печенья, нутелла, апельсин и йошурт.

Ich habe mein Zimmer über Booking gebucht, aber vor Ort wurde mir ein anderer Preis berechnet als in der Buchungsbestätigung. Trotz Vorlage der Buchung wollte das Personal den günstigeren Preis nicht anerkennen. Sehr unprofessionell und ärgerlich! Außerdem war die Kommunikation mit dem Empfang schwierig und wenig lösungsorientiert. So etwas sollte bei einer seriösen Unterkunft nicht passieren. Leider keine Empfehlung – ich werde definitiv nicht wiederkommen.
