Sehr schöne Anlage, toller großer Pool mit Sprungturm. Sehr leckeres Frühstück und ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Total nettes Personal. Fahrradverleih durch die Unterkunft möglich. Können wir sehr empfehlen.

Lovely gardens and pool. Staff were friendly and helpful arranging bikes for us to use and snorkel tour. Breakfast and food was great. Yummy fresh juices, pancakes and Lombok coffee. Loved the watermelon margarita. Relaxed, family friendly vibe. Overall, really enjoyed our time on Gili Air.

Room was a bit tired and in need of an upgrade. The roof leaked in heavy rain (dry season) which we managed with towels etc.

Bra bungalows och trevligt poolområde. Det gick att välja från flera alternativ på frukosten och den var bra. Boendet kunde hjälpa till med cykeluthyrning och bokning av snorklingstur.

Wi-Fi funkade bra vid poolområdet men sämre i bungalowen.

Bellissimo bungalow, molto pulito. Bagno chiuso e molto grande. La struttura è in una buona posizione, si sente il muezzin anche se la moschea non è vicinissima ma l'isola è piccola e comunque non ci ha disturbati. Lo staff è molto accogliente, sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni necessità con tempestività e gentilezza. È bello essere accolti sempre con un sorriso. Buona e varia la colazione. Bella piscina. Ci hanno procurato le biciclette a noleggio facendocele trovare già al mattino successivo al nostro arrivo. Hanno fatto per noi i biglietti per il traghetto ad un prezzo conveniente. C'è un ottimo servizio di lavanderia, che si paga a peso, di cui abbiamo usufruito.

Die Gestaltung der Anlage war super süß gemacht. Wir hatten ein Standard Bungalow und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und das Frühstücksangebot war ebenfalls super.

Leider waren die Matratzen super unbequem
