"Worst experience"

I didn't like anything worst experience

First room landline is not working i told them they didn't solve it I have stayed here for 4 nights the house keeping didn't clean the room I went and inform the reception also they didn't even come. Mainly reception people need to learn to how to treat the guests and how to provide service to customers Totally not worth it

The location is the best, and the lobby was nice.

The location is excellent, and the room rate is very reasonable. However, the room 205 needs renovation. There is mold on the walls and ceiling. In the bathroom, the shelf for keeping utilities is broken, and the washbasin stone is cracked.
