"Un’oasi di pace con qualche margine di miglioramento"

Tornare a casa la sera quando intorno hai una città caotica e trafficata e trovare un’oasi verde, silenziosa e accogliente è impagabile. All’interno ci sono 2 ristoranti, 2 piscine, tante attività per tutti i gusti. Il personale è eccellente, estremamente cordiale, disponibile e sempre sorridente.

Ci sono delle cose da migliorare: pochi asciugamani per ospite (1 per tutto), pochi barattoli di shampoo (1 per camera con più ospiti). Abbiamo acquistato una gita tramite l’hotel, c’è stata un po’ di confusione tra chi ha prenato, sui costi e sui tempi. Ci siamo trovati ad esempio a pagare un pranzo che doveva essere incluso. L’autista inoltre non è stato dei migliori per un hotel 4 stelle.

it wasn't directly in the center.. but there's huge mall center nearby, they got 2 pools, nice choice of breakfast buffet.. reasonable price

maybe the location and sometimes it was loud, but it is a bigger hotel, eveything else was perfect!

If you look for a peaceful place int this messy city - this is it! The well kept gardens and the spacious set-up provide peace and tranquility. Especially in the evenings, it is wonderful to rest and relax from the day. We would also recommend the resuarant - we ate there twice and were very pleased everytime!

The room we stayed in would need an update - e.g. power plugs next to the bed would be nice to be able to charge the phone
