The convenience of the location for a visit planned on the following day.

Unfortunately, an ongoing problem with the boiler meant that there was no hot water for the shower. On our arrival we were offered a full refund if we wanted to move to other accommodation but as it was late in the day that was difficult to sort out

Verschrikkelijk warme en kleine kamer. Foto’s op Booking kwamen absoluut niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. S’morgens douchen met bijna koud water. Ontbijt; alleen Engels ontbijt van niet de beste kwaliteit. Geen fruit. Ik vroeg om yoghurt, moest je 50 meter terug lopen naar de bar, waar ze enkele yoghurtjes hadden.

Too warm! Turned off the heating and opened windows. Beds a touch too hard and pillows the same

Location is good. Rooms are OK. All OK ive stayed a few times az we have friends near

Breakfast was cold and bacon very hard. But OK and passable.

Value for money

Well placed for the races bus stop close by. Staff are always helpful. Ample parking available. Room was large ( family room) bathroom roomy and clean.

We were on the top floor and the water pressures was hit and miss. Toilet cistern takes ages to refill and cold water flow is quite weak. That said the shower worked well. The room we had was next to the air con equipment on the roof and there was a constant humming.
