We had breakfast at KOI, friendly staff, awesome tasty spread, value for money. The location is convenient and safe within walking distance.

Hosts could add a bit to make the stay comfortable. Nothing much just add some salt and pepper, some soap in the bathroom. Goes a long way in making the stay comfortable.

Not enough milk

The “hotel” is conveniently close to shopping mall and supermarkets, but shops are closed rather early. It is in a residential building in safe area of town. The room is new and clean and has a small pantry with microwave oven and standard oven and hob. The nespresso machine is added convenience. The wifi is good and sufficient for streaming on TV.

Tge check-in ought to be improved. Upon arrival, the receptionist said my name was not in reservation list. After some waiting and a few phone calls, I was told the reason it was so was because I had not made payment. I had only been advised to make payment online “to make check-in procedure smoother” about 8 hours before arriving and by that time I was already on the road and the internet was not stable. It should have been made clear to me much earlier on that prior payment was necessary. Luckily, the receptionist was very helpful. The absence of hairdryer was disappointing. Moreover, the air conditioner/heater did not work. The opening in the bathroom wall lets in natural light but also means no privacy. Something such as curtain or frosted glass should be installed to make the bathroom more private.

The location is exceptional, closer to necessity amenities.

Pest control is required, the room had/has cockroaches. Serious challenges when having to store food. Cleaning services must at least be provided to people that will be staying for more than 7 days free of charge. Please consider the above.
