Couldn’t access room as apparently door key had run out of battery so had to change room but only when I asked to change room ! Wasn’t informed prior to arrival that the pool would be full of at least 30 kids using it for summer camp. Tried to unwind by pool after long drive but so much noise and no respect of our space by the kids. They stayed up all night making so much noise. Following morning woke to the same summer camp kids making a raucous during their outside breakfast.

Landscape view and price. Expected SPA and swimming pool (very limited access almost non existent). Extra offer of a bottle of wine. Very basic hotel service, not too bad or good, just basic for the price.

Room functionality and size (hotel quite new already needing maintenance and unfinished works still visible... for example, our main door handle is very loose and almost broken). Some marks of dirt here and there around the hotel such as hands fingerprints on glass, chairs etc. Miss communications on the costs of SPA, initially informed 10€/person then on the next day, 20€/person. The swimming pool schedule was very useless, after 15h in the middle of June, both pools were clearly dirty with tree leaves etc right before opening. Breakfast was ok, pastries were poor variety (only cookies) and very poor offer on cutting season fruits and other items. The hotel was very far from other touristic options and not worth it to drift away from your road trip just for the price and facilities (facilities not that really interesting). Advertisement on booking.com well done as gives a miss leading impression of a premium hotel for romantic scape for couples with relax spa services and jacuzzis baths as main room options. Lots of visitors from school kids or elder excursions that brought lots of noise outdoors and/inside corridors.

Relación calidad-precio estupenda. Un lugar acogedor al lado del río Júcar con vistas envidiables. La piscina, que estaba abierta, estupenda. El spa, aunque pequeño, bastante completo. No probamos los masajes, aunque había una amplia variedad de ellos. A su favor, que si estabas alojado en el hotel el pase al Spa era más económico. El desayuno abundante, con productos locales también, muy variado. Atención del personal estupenda. Repetiríamos.

A mejorar los zumos del desayuno que, menos el de naranja, al no ser naturales no estaban muy buenos, y las almohadas de la habitación que prácticamente no tenían relleno y eran bastante incómodas.

La habitación estaba muy limpia, se puede cocinar y cama muy cómoda.

No nos avisaron de que la habitación no estaba en el hotel, estaba a 5 minutos en coche. Eso lo hacia incomodo porque aunque podias usar todos los servicios, tenias que desplazarte con todo. Ademas esta en una zona poco accesible. Tambien se salia toda el agua de la ducha y se escuchaba todo lo de las otras habitaciones. Tampoco había limpieza diaria.

La ubicación muy mal las calles malísimas para llegar al apartamento,el apartamento el tejado es de uralita antigua

Das Fruehstueck war rundrum gut. Allerdings wuerde man eher frischen O-Saft anstelle waessrigen Konzentrats erwarten.

Die Oeffnungszeiten des Restaurant und vor Allem der Lounge-Bar. Zumindest die Lounge sollte von morgens bis spaeter abends durchgehend geoeffnet sein. Im Zimmer sollte unbedingt zumindest ein Vorhang zwischen Wasch - und Schlafbereich angebracht sein. Wer will schon bei Hygiene Verrichtungen Zuschauer haben.

Me gustó la habitación en si, el artilugio sexual que había en la habitación sobraba para mí gusto

Que no estaba en el mismo hotel, y el acceso dentro de un pueblo en un casco del pueblo al final de este no es muy cómodo...con las maletas y demas
