"Great view of Tuscany and water with a nice swimming pool."

Very nice location, great view, nice swimming pool. Rooms are OK.

No flexibility on check in and out times, breakfast not great and restaurant staff not super friendly. Should have gotten better service for the price paid. Rooms are OK.
