Beautiful property Spacious room, beautifully decorated. Excellent amenities, robes, etc. The pool is beautiful. The staff is friendly and attentive. Food and cocktails were delicious, again, great attention to detail. A truly special getaway! So lucky to have experienced it!

I have never written reviews. But I have to say this place looks beautiful but deserted. Not many guests stayed at the of our staying. The charging commission but saying they are not . Ask to book a boat charges 1500euros 200 , had to pay directly to them . I Had to pay separately.

Very well kept grounds, nice views, pleasant service (especially Sabina in the breakfast cafe). Overall I liked it, but couldn’t love it.

Not 5 stars as it didn’t compare favorably to several other hotels we visited in Sardinia. Towels were old and threadbare, sheets were a bit scratchy, shower didn’t drain and was generally unappealing, balcony felt vacant (add low maintenance potted plants to give it character), art on walls was poorly centered, and generally the place lacked both vitality and a soulful curation that supports true relaxation.

My family stayed at Borgo Smeraldo for 5 days in a beautiful Villa with a private pool and a sea view. This place is absolutely stunning! The views are breathtaking. The staff goes above and beyond. The breakfast service was outstanding. We had a beautiful private dinner on the property in a secret cave. The food, the wine, the service, and the atmosphere were unbelievable. The memories my family will have from this trip will be with us forever. Thank you!!!

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, beautiful location and a lovely place to relax. Food in the restaurant and at breakfast was great. Pool area is lovely and relaxing.

As you drive up the driveway you are momentarily surprised with a steep driveway with several hairpin turns. At the top there is peace and quiet. The beautiful clean environment gives you immediately a vacation feeling. Rooms are nice and spacious. Room 2 has a small balcony where only 1 chair can. room 20 is on a corner and gives a lot of freedom. both give you a panoramic view over the whole area. Minibar is complementary. Bathroom is good and cared for and has many extras. Beds are large (2x2) and firm. Bathrobes and flip flops. Wifi is free and stable good!!! Swimming pool is beautiful and well cared for. Breakfast, provided by Sabina, has everything and is prepared fresh for you where needed. the restaurant is very good, but pricey. The complex also has some detached villas where you can stay with family/friends. Very welcoming and complete. Definitely worth going to.
