"the smell and water issue in the bathroom was a major issue"

the bathroom had a poor odor like backup. I ask to investigate after 1st night and no one addressed the issue thus slept with poor odor again. water also backed up in the shower

В номері чисто ,є послуга раннього заїзду за додаткову плату , що дуже зручно

Перебували в готелі майже 4 дні , ні разу не змінили полотенця та не було прибирання в кімнаті Ще один мінус це подача в ресторані домашньої сметани , не всі можуть їсти домашню, так як вона специфічна , про це не попереджають
