Zur vereinbarten Ankunftszeit war niemand anwesend. Gewünschtes Zimmer war nicht vorhanden, Ausweich hatte über der Balkontür einen Kompressor der halbstündlich anlief ( zentrale Klimaanlage? ), in der zweiten Nacht bis nach 24.00 Uhr Lärm durch Gegröhle und permanentes Türenschlagen durch Jugendliche auf der Etage .

Accogliente, su strada comoda per Lucca. Personale cordiale. Menù alla carta buono, quello turistico un po’ meno.

Non c’è l’aria condizionata in camera e neanche un ventilatore. Il bagno è piccolo e avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione.
