When looking for hotels in Italy I always look for places that have charm/character and excellent service and Pascaraymondo checked every box. The palace is like stepping back in time. The room was beautiful with all the modern amenities. The best part by far was the family that runs the hotel. They were all so lovely and exceeded any expectations in terms of service and communication. I hope to return to Gallipoli and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else.

I booked our stay at The Palace after reading the 5 * reviews. We wanted somewhere special to celebrate our 25th anniversary and our stay more than exceeded our expectations. The wonderful Giuseppe, Fernando and Raffaela could not have done anything more for us. Prior to our visit Giuseppe organised our taxis and restaurants, he was always available on WhatsApp to help in any way he could. He met us from our taxi and in two minutes we arrived at the most beautiful building steeped in history. They have renovated it to a very high standard and you can feel the love that has gone in to it: their father's dream. We stayed in the suite with the jacuzzi which meant we had the use of the patio and sun beds just outside our room. We spent more time at this hotel than any other we've stayed at due to the terrace, morning and evening we relaxed taking in the amazing views. Breakfast was delicious, mamma taking care to provide a great choice, the omelette, crispy bacon & her homemade cakes were especially delicious. Fernando was always so happy, the little chats we had with him over breakfast really added to our stay. Gallipoli has lots of amazing restaurants & bars, the beach is lovely, but never before have we felt so welcomed into a hotel/home, I felt very emotional on our last day, we have already decided to return when we can. Thank you all for the magical memories.

The palazzo was beautifully renovated and in a fantastic location The roof terrace was delightful.

We loved everything about our stay at the Palace. It is evident that the family puts their whole heart into this place and it is truly one of a kind. We enjoyed the central location for exploring town, the quick walk to the beach and a beautiful view of the sunset from the rooftop. The breakfast was served on the rooftop each morning with many options to choose from, which were all delicious. We were very sad to leave and hope to be back one day!
