It pains me to rate it so low because this place is really nice and bungalows beautiful but there were so many smaller and bigger issues that the stay at some point (third day) became very uncomfortable. Dirty brown water from the tap, extremely stained mosquito net, unkept surroundings, never swept dinning area and gecko drippings all over sitting places. It’s all understandable there are living creatures around us but there is simple remedy - cleaning, and staff seems forgetting about that solution. Those above are nothing compared to mouse (mice?) running all over bungalow making noise and eating everything we left unpacked, but still it didn’t bother me that much. I reached my limit when AC started leaking and it took 3 days to fix it and meanwhile we were left alone with dealing with it making buckets out of trash cans, searching for cleaning stuff and mopping. No one asked if we need help and no one offered cleaning. Staff is non existing and it’s ok when everything is ok but in case of emergency I would like to be somewhere else

The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable, the location was excellent.

Lack of attention to detail, the bathroom was not very clean, the sink was blocked and hair was coming out,the carpets outside the bedroom and bathroom were dirty, the eating area was also very poorly cleaned, the cutlery was dirty, the cups were broken and had been glued together. A place like this could have a five-star rating but these details are very important.

Beautiful, modern, 2 mins walk to the most beautiful beaches on the island. The breakfast was amazing! The guys who work there are super friendly and did everything to make our stay great. Highly recommend ))

Loved the mezzanine floor for kids to sleep in! Clean and comfortable room. Difficult in Gili Meno to get a decent room for a family of 4 people without paying high prices, this place was great value for money. The staff were wonderful and helpful, they organised a horse and cart ride around the island for us that our kids absolutely loved. Yes, location is not right on the beach, but a short walk of 5 minutes and you hit all the warungs, beaches to snorkel from shore. The air conditioning didn't reach the mezzanine at first but we redirected the swing direction which was much better.

Occasionally the water ran out for showers, but it only took a short time to refill.

It was very clean and spacious. The staff were super nice.

We rent a bicycle from the hotel that was unfortunately broken and when we came back at dark we had to walk but with no lights on the streets. But the guy was nice and went and got us directly another one. Also when we went to the harbour, we left our bikes there and he took them.

This accommodation was simple but nice. The rooms were a good size and it was close to the beach.

Obviously the location, because this place sits just behind Ana Warung and really close to the beach. Ana Warung is worth mentioning because to me, the only acceptable warung within the vacinity of this hotel, is Ana Warung, and this hotel is directly behind Ana Warung. The food at Ana Warung is not bad compared to other warungs. This place only offers breakfast, and the breakfast is quite decent,but as you all know, you still have to eat lunch dinner etc., so having a decent warung nearby is definitely convenient. Fried Rice is the most basic of all food, unfortunately most warungs here can't even do this right. Also, if you're into snorkeling, the beaches nearby this hotel offers crystal clear water, with a lot of turtles, corals, and fish. I can name 3 beaches within walking distance of this hotel. One is the beach directly in front of Ana Warung. The second one is at Meno Wall, which is a bit further to the left of this hotel(about 1km), and the third one is the easiest to swim and snorkel is the beach in front of Seri Resort. Actually all tourists from 3 the Gilis will come to these spots for snorkeling, since you're already near these spots, it saves you money in terms of boat tours.

Having surveyed other hotels in Gili Meno, I'd say if you're staying at this hotel with your family, then yes, it's definitely worth it, but if you're staying alone, or with just one more partner, then it's not worth it because the price is a bit steep compared to other hotels. Also, the room upstairs, can get really2 hot if you're trying to sleep during daytime, even with the AC turned on. If you're looking for a hotel with swimming pool etc, then this is not it. But of you're looking for a basic hotel with AC, WIFI, private bathroom, and even TV, this hotel offers all these. Also, the nearest grocery shops are located quite far, it's located at the harbour which is about 20-30 minutes walk. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my family. Overall I would say I love it, not perfect ,but ok.Those guys who runs this hotel are also quite accommodating. I came here because I knew beforehand of what to expect, and the most important aspects of my stay are corals and fish. This is something which you cannot get at Gili Trawangan. After 4 days we moved to Gili T so we could enjoy a more comfortable vacation.
