I did not like anything about the little experience I had with this hotel specifically OYO Flagship 70224 Sr Grand; I don't know if it will be the same with the other branches of the OYO chain

The description and amenities offered by this hotel are lies; this hotel is under construction -what they should have put on the page for the sake of honesty-; When I got there my driver called the hotel, they confirmed my booking and told him that they were going to connect the call with the hotel, which never happened, after half an hour waiting on the phone, we decided to go up through a mountain of rubble, mud and garbage, we went up the stairs to the fourth floor, which is what is apparently already habitable, the previous three are under construction. The train I took in Varanasi was delayed and booked this hotel because in its description it promises "Among the facilities at this property are a 24-hour front desk"; I arrived at 3:00 am, already at the door my driver knocked, knocked and knocked until two guys who were sleeping came out and called us out for arriving at that time and said they were not going to check me in because they were tired, it was late and that I look for another hotel. At that time, my first time in India and on the way to Nepal, I was in the middle of nowhere, a woman traveling alone, without knowing anyone and without a hotel, because of unscrupulous, lying and selfish people.

Location good. Staff behaviour not good..they don't accept online booking

Thugs of money. They don't want online payment through oyo

your bad service,hotel denied booking and demanding high price at 11 pm night,so can't go anywhere,take appropriate action or I will never you your sight
