This Super 8 Preferred Hotel is really satisfying! The location is convenient, close to Guangzhou Railway Station and subway station, which is very convenient to travel. The room is clean and comfortable, with complete facilities and a high price-performance ratio. The service staff are warm and kind, giving people the feeling of being at home. Good Hotel the price is correct. The metro station is 8 min very near. And for those like me who workout at the gym . There is a fitness gym at 1 station 2minutes with the metro!. The name of the station is Xi Cun. There is also a member of their team who speaks good English Thank you guys for your welcoming.

The hotel has self-service coffee, spacious lobby, and smart voice control for electrical appliances in the check-in room, which is very convenient. There is also a robot to deliver takeout to the door, which is very surprising. It was a great check-in experience, great!

This is a trustworthy hotel. I didn't like to fall down when I was taking a shower in the bathroom. I sprained my waist. The front desk called 120 to accompany me all the way behind the ambulance! Help me arrange my diet in person and take good care of it! Solve all the cost problems of the whole medical treatment process for me! Cancel your own treatment appointment because of me, a stranger! These make me really feel at home! While sincerely thanking you, I also want to say to the hotel: In the future, Super 8 Hotel will be my first choice hotel, and I will also tell my relatives, friends and colleagues about my experience! I have been deeply moved by the foreign trade salesmen in more than 20 countries.

The hotel was literally closed - not operational at all and we were stranded with no place to stay! I couldn't even contact booking.com or the hotel! I had to book another hotel with another platform.
