O hotel possui ótima localização de frente para o mar de Meaípe. As instalações são antigas, mas a manutenção está em dia. O quarto é espaçoso, com móveis antigos e o ar condicionado um pouco barulhento. Café da manhã completo e o Chef é muito atencioso. Vale o preço considerando um hotel de frente para o mar.

Tinha algumas traças no quarto e as instalações são bem antigas apesar de conservadas.
