全体的に値段の割に、快適なホテルでした。

お風呂の流れが悪く、髪の毛を洗った後の排水に時間がかかりました。朝食も結果的にはよかったのですが、外人スタッフ二人だけで、3/1のビュッフェ内容がわからないまま終わるところでした。たまたま、トイレに行ったので、そちらにも食事の品があることが、わかりました。スタッフが体で隠す様に立っていて、最初は全くわかりませんでした。

館内は吹き抜けの作りで豪華だった。

①チェックイン後、部屋に入るとエアコンがつけられておらず大変寒かった。エアコンをつけてからも温まるのに時間がかかった。 ②館内のWi-Fiが非常に弱くスマホの動きが遅く不便だった。 ③レストランではスタッフに笑顔がなく、こちらとしては居心地が悪かった。
