LOCATION, THE OWNER - Mr. Nilesh,

No Elevator- So Big NOO for Aged Family Member, Very Steep Stairs, Too Difficult to Find the Hotel. Landmark is not mentioned anywhere in the address. Its near Pilibhit House- IHCL SeleQtions, Windows in the Room are not covered with appropriate size of curtains very difficult to run air conditioner with such curtain, Rooms are not installed with key card switches so power supply of Fan- AC- Geyser is regulated by the person at reception desk which at times was very painstaking.

Great staff, owner of the property is very helpful, they even helped the guest who got injured at the railway station by taking them to the hospital personally. Complete home like feel
