Breakfast very basic

Comfortable large well appointed room

Room next door had a macerator toilet that was quite noisy. Would be an idea to have a mini fridge in each room for milk/yogurt etc to give a broader option of non-cooked breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment at the Mason's Arms. The pictures do not do this any justice. It was very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped And we cooked breakfast on the 2 days we stayed. No problems with lack of utensils as can happen in some places. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nicely presented

The toilet in room two was noisy, also would like a lock at the bottom of the stairs as anyone could go upstairs near the rooms.

The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a great gesture. Bed was super comfy . We had a meal in the dining area and the food was exceptionally good. Big portions that was more than enough for 2 people. Absolutely loved the whole experience and would definitely recommend.

There was nothing I didn’t like

The apartment was extremely spacious and very clean. We were visiting family nearby and was an excellent location for us. Situated in a very pretty village, which would be a very good base for discovering the surrounding area. We ate in the pub for an evening meal which was delicious - very large portions and the staff were very friendly .

The location was the best thing about the accommodation being within easy reach of Harlow Carr and Fountains abby .

The available space around the bed was limited with no room for a bedside table .
