Hotel De Swaen

The hotelwas close to the train station and also the town.

There was no key available on the door as arranged, for our allocated room when we arrived. The phone number on the front door went to answer machine. I had to search paperwork in reception to find another phone number to speak to the manager who then quickly arrived to provide access to a different room.

It was a good location, quite comfortable, nice staff

the hotel is showing its age, maybe some more investment. Also, no parking, it was indeed free on the street (after some investigation), but still.

Good location in center. Possibility of free parking just in front of hotel. Train station with perfect connection to Antwerpen just behind the corner.

Quite old hotel. From the bggining it was obviouse that it needs renovation. Pretty high price. Average breakfast. WiFi was very slow in my roon.

Very basic accommodation. Tired looking. Room did not smell fresh. Had to ask for toilet paper!

I very much enjoyed the location. very convenient. the accommodations were clean and comfortable.

The shower was a bit dangerous and we didn't realize that there was a rubber mat that could be used in the shower to make it safe until the second day.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Very easy check-in. Friendly staff. Good location.

Hotel could do with a few items replacing carpets , bit worn in corridors

Extremely happy of early check-in allowed. Good location, very much compatible with Graspop festival. Facilities ok. Cleanliness ok. Breakfast ok-ish, but cannot complain when that is priced into room fee and the latter was good anyway.
