It was a bad experience. Poor customer service. They confirmed our stay before we reached. But, they didn't even have a vacant room for us. We had to stay until become vacant. Also, we were eligible to have a free breakfast according to booking.com app. However, they told us that they don't prepare meals. We were very confused and decided not to stay even for a minute.
