Please contact the property in advance if you intend to send luggage to the hotel before arrival and be aware of the of the following; -check-in date should be written on the luggage -specify arrival date of luggage to be within the morning of your check-in date The below luggage will not be accepted -arrived 2 days prior to check-in date -luggage sent as cash on delivery -refrigerated or frozen products -oversize baggage that will not fit into the room -animals ※ the property will not be liable for any damages caused to sent luggage (ie: broken bottles etc) Please note, the hotel entrance will be closed from 01:00 to 06:00. To enter the hotel during these hours please ring the doorbell, which will notify the staff. Please note that the property operates a centrally controlled air conditioning system. Guests are not able to control the room temperature of their rooms. Please note, there are 2 locations for off-site parking. Both off-site parking locations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices and available times vary. The height limit at both off-site parking areas is 6.6 feet. Please contact the property directly regarding parking hours and applicable fees. Please note halal food is not available at this accommodations. Please note, this is strictly a nonsmoking property. Cigarets, electronic cigarets and heat-not-burn tobacco products are all strictly prohibited throughout this property. A deposit may be required at the property.
