Proximity to the beach and the Broadwalk. ( aka boardwalk) Could walk there in 2 min.

Room was dated. No elevator to 2nd floor. Railing up steps loose. Architecture on 2nd floor railing was hazardous to children. Head could easily fit thru and child would fall. Floors in bath were gritty looking or stained. Lumpy pillows. No bedside lighting. Only overhead florescent light. Place reeked on pine sol cleaner that didn't disappate. Employees in lobby in front of customers getting instruction on price changes. Employees getting upset on phone with manager or owner about support they needed with disgruntled guests. They are so cheap they have a request printed on their plastic key card that technology is expensive so please turn in the key. Need i say anymore? Leaving this room was a vacation!

it was really quite , the pool was in front of my room !!

. Location. 24hr office and store.

Better customer service. Not accommodating and a little rude. Understand that they are busy but some were short and rude, like they were scolding me for asking questions. Also check out was at 11 but they , housekeeping, tried to open the door at 9:45 and kept on banging on the door. Other than booking.com the price for the dirty bathroom was not worth it.

The A/C was cold and the fridge was clean.

Staff had horrible attitudes and lacked professionalism. The room was dirty and so were my towels and rags. Tried to request additional clean ones and received them wet.
