KSTDC Hotel Mayura Biligiri, BR Hills

Location is wonderful, no second thought about the location

Rooms need bit of renovation. Seepage, moulding in the rooms n building.

I liked the environment, ample parking space, and the room size with simple and humble people in the reception to answer any of my queries. Starting from booking till accommodation everything went smoothly.

Cleanliness of the bed sheets used in both the rooms we booked were bad. we had to ask for a change which they politely accepted and did it. But for the amount that we pay, definitely the cleanliness could be better like other 3 star hotels. Also to our surprise we found lots of insects in the cot and pillow covers and also the area around the cot was dirty.
