Nothing ..

First of all, i would like inform booking.com that the room provided to me was not the property i booked for and the location. I booked room at Fab hotel Royal residency at Lakdikaphul, but I was allocated a room at Fab eminent suites, which was at Banjara hills location. Next thing is I booked for a suite room, but I provided with premium room with full of cockroaches. The stay was PATHETIC... Unfortunately I couldn't establish a contact with booking.com to inform about this , which was a real TRAGEDY. With this i would also like to say GOODBYE to booking.com for this awful experience.
