there is hot water for coffee or tea

no hot water in the shower. sheets are stained and definitely not changed, so had to take out all my own.

They are charging extra ₹300 for everything and no air conditioning above ₹1500 and staff is very rude and arrogant. Room are totally different from photos shown.
