Aditya Park-A Sarovar Portico Hotel

Room was spacious. I booked a junior suite.

I can tell that the hotel must have been great when it first opened. Over the years, there has been natural wear and tear. Maintenance and upkeep could have been better. It isn't a cheap hotel. For the price, much more could be offered in order to have guests coming back.

They charged me for Laundry which was free from booking.com . Food quality was not good . They didn’t offer IMFL as given in your promotion.

Location of hotel is good

Breakfast is not good .. no service at breakfast place ..poor management

The first impression from the reception desk was very poor as the manager himself was not welcoming and asked silly questions. They charged for extra bad. Breakfast was expensive. To be honest I didn’t feel welcome at all. Rooms were dirty and essentials not provided. This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience at Sarovar. Other Sarovar hotels were well above average and very nice. Aditya Sarovar is not a match at all. Not recommended.

The property is located at the center and easy to move around, shops, restaurants etc are within the reach. That was the reason for booking the property

The room facilities were not good 1. The washroom was full of water leakage 2. So literally no space to stand inside the washroom 3. The cupboard were not clean and was full of dust 4. The air conditioner was just making noise but no cooling 5. Had informed the staff to address the issues but didn’t see any response or courtesy visit/ calls 6. We had tea at the restaurant with the guests but that was one of the worst tea I had in the entire trip. The roadside tea stalls were offering much better tea which was priced atleast 30-40% lesser than the tea offered by Aditya Park
