From the entrance till the reception everything was just messy and the staff is completely drunk, and they dont have knowledge to deal with customers.

"Irresponsible staff, arrogant and no courtesy."

Stupid staff, doing duty as a favour towards guests. Arrogant and unfit for hospitality sector.

They charged me for one night, without my concern checked out. Irresponsible and careless staff, they think people book OYO only for one purpose. The moment guest left they themself took the decision to check out. At the middle of the night I was busy with OYO customer service begging for room. No compensation nothing. Working according to their mood.

I was unble to check in here. The manger refused to check in and did not provide room.he asked for extra money . Not for families at all.its a horrible experience.
