Worst service and no clienleness at all , the bed sheets were not even changed, and even the towel was a used one and room is very conjusted and worst ambiance. I always stay in fab hotels as they provide good standards and value for money, but this particular D grand was extremely terrible .Worst worst and simply worst Experience

Proximity to the city and the pricing

1.I was charged 200/- for breakfast by Booking.com but the hotel denied that. They are providing Breakfast worth only 100/-. Finally we didn't utilise that and went out for breakfast. 2. The TV is not working, AC remote is not working. Blankets are not clean and looking brown in colour. 3. I have checked in at 6pm and I asked for extension upto 6pm the next day. They have charged the entire one day charge for that despite not having the aforementioned facilities.
