I need full refund , breakfast served at 10.30 after multiple calls, no TV remote, no AC remote, un clean washrooms

Room was clean, Water Bottle service good. Attendant behavior is good. Wifi is ok

I had booked the hotel on booking.com, Not a Hostel, First of all, this is not a hotel at all, Actually this is a hostel, There is food only for the people staying in hostel but no facilities are provided for staying in hotel Guest, He can't even buy it. There is no food Restaurant of any kind nearby. First you have to book a car, then you have to go to eat. I would like to thank Zomato otherwise I would have remained hungry. 2nd ...No Room service here, 3rd ...There is no intercom to talk to the reception, 4th... You can't sleep because The voices of boys and girls keep coming throughout the night. 5th...The ground floor is completely occupied by motorcycle and scooters. You can't stand down comfortably. 6th... if it is a hostel and you have hostel rooms, then you should not charge any guest as much money as the hotel by telling them that it is a hotel. ***I have been traveling within India and abroad through booking.com for many years. Today I have made such a comment for the first time.

They didn't recharge Cable so no use of having TV. Bathroom was not regularly cleaned. They didn't replace water bottlea regularly. Some cockroaches inside the room. Bathroom smelling bad.
