"Charged me Rs. 300 over confimed price."

It's near from Airport.

The manager asked me to pay Rs. 300 extra over already booked and paid room. It's a trick he has been using to whoever books room from Booking.com. He said booking.com takes 30% commission fee which he needs to recover from the customer. A solo travelers in this new city could not go and look for other hotels nearby with heavy backpack, also i paid all fare beforehand which anyway he wouldn't return. This is a scam, I found in this business. People you meet make your travel pleasant and unpleasant, so better you talk to the hotel owner before you go there for rooms. I am sad to write that I felt cheated. More than money, it's the feeling that you were cheated and deceived.
