Facilities are not available, as mentioned in the description. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the room is spacious. However, there is no sauna, and the room lacks a kettle or coffee maker. There is also only one functional switch available in the room. If you are visiting for the FRCR exam, the location is ideal, as it is within walking distance.

Non availability of kettle, free drinking water, cockroaches in bathroom.
