Hotel Châlet Du Lac

Muy lindo hotel situado en la costa del lago. Personal muy atento. Cenamos en el hotel y la comida fue excelente. Limpieza 10 puntos. Parking gratis. Buen desayuno.

The view from our balcony was beautiful and the staff was wonderful.

It's a little different to maneuver to the chalet if you are not familiar with the area. Signs in the area before indicated no driving in the town

A great property with cute rooms, right on the lake, not too busy, and a good breakfast. We were able to walk to some beautiful waterfalls since from the hotel. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The location, ease of parking, and quality of the breakfast exceeded my expectations.

A member of the staff was rude, we did not have a pleasant check in experience due to their communication style. We didn’t like our room so wanted to ask if it was possible to upgrade, but the way she rejected and told us it’s what we paid for was far from acceptable. A month later, just requested an invoice for the stay as I could not find the paper invoice I obtained during the checkout, I am still seeing the same level of service and lack of hospitality. If you don’t like your job, look for something else.

Staff....available/engaged and welcoming. FAB location...if a tad intimidating to find! Comfortable and charming
