The location is amazing, be sure to get a room with a view on the lake! The staff was very friendly and accommodating and our room was recently renewed and very comfortable.

There really wasn't anything to complain about, but if I must nitpick, the room was a little dark and the shower was halfway open so the bathroom floor will get soaked.

The room was excellent even the breakfast was excellent the room view was incredible as well and i will recommended again if i make a plan and came visit Switzerland i make sure that i will have the same room same view again

i did not like is that when we need coffee only in the morning at the breakfast there were no coffee machines that you can do coffee whenever you want even in our room only kettle there was there was no coffee sachets or cups to do coffee in the morning
