There was no toilet paper or toiletries in the bathroom. Towels were not that clean .

EXPEDIA reputation is on stake. Inspect the property and disassociate. Greatly disappointed

It was a nightmare to do booking with this hotel. First wrong direction on website took me to no mans land kept driving in fields going round in circles. Finally on gtetting o hotel been told its satnav, s fault Hot water was just a formality. One Towel in room for a couple Essentials missing upon enquiry been told we don't have will find out once someone comes that hasn't happend eithwr

The property was comfortable and big. The stuff was excellent. Thanks

I booked through Expedia. The rooms were moldy, beds were undone and dirty. No hot water. The staff were friendly and accomodating. I wanted to leave the property on arrival but front desk manager Adnan was very patient and pleasant.

Staff was good and friendly and facility OK, but the hotel was at wrong location , far away from city and facilities, could not find a Taxi easily

The Manager charged me extra as I had already paid for the booking online , but the manager said , they need to charge extra for the room with AC , although the room layout was normal and the property needed to be cleaned properly. Which was not the case. Will not recommend to stay again in this property. The beds were good but the linen and blankets very old, could not use them .
