Hotel Amazing Jaisalmer

Only the place.

Extremely dirty in the bathroom. Bathroom also smells terrible. For toll people not possible sit straight on toilet. Linnen and bedsheets was very dirty with holes. We changed the room to an other and the bathroom was similar dirty. The walls were all dirty and with mushrooms on it. The desert tour is not that good what we was waiting for. Much people trying to get 1 sand dunes and driving around with the jeep’s, camels ride between crazy driving cars is also no fun. I don’t recommend that place! Not to understand why so good ratings.

What we loved the most at this hotel were the nice people who are working in it, be it Ali, the GM, Mostak the chef or Islam. we do not know all of their names, unfortunately. The chef was the only one so far in our trip to do a real non spicy dish for my kids. It was overall a really nice human experience talking to people (employees and guests) from the hotel in addition to the nice view we had of the fort.

There are some points to improve like the cleanness of the room/bathroom but we need to adapt to the country standard. Overall, the value for money is worth.

- Value for money. They offer most of the facilities for a comfortable stay. - The behaviour of the staff is good. They proactively offered to help me with my luggage despite not being asked to. The guy left his task and then proceeded to help me. The staff at the reception is also very helpful. - The rooms on the upper floor and the roof-top restaurant have a view of the fort.

- Hot water was not available in the morning once. Apparently it needs to be switched on. This could be better managed.

Staff behavior is very awful. Didn't like this kind of behavior.

The hotel Is very nice and comfortable, the personnel really kind,.and they have an amazing rooftop!

The toilet and the sheets were not very clean

The very comfortable bed! Quiet at night, lovely staff and great food. The desert trip they organised was also good.

Lovely Hotel with roof top restaurant looking on to the fort. Very helpful staff. Really enjoyed the desert trip. If you can, go for the one with folk dancing and stay in tent at their camp because it’s a great party night.
