Hotel był dobrze położony, niedaleko fortu Jaisalmer, ładne pokoje, czysta pościel, ciepła woda w łazience. Obsługa była miła i pomocna. Śniadanie wliczone w cenę pokoju. Fajna restauracja na dachu z widokiem na fort. Ludzie z hotelu wysłali po nas darmową taksówkę, a w drodze powrotnej załatwili nam taksówkę na dworzec kolejowy.

Brak oceny krytycznej. W porównaniu z innymi hotelami średniobudżetowymi w Rajasthanie, ten się wyróżniał.

Shanti Home is a charming, family-run hotel located close to the Fort Gate. It’s very budget-friendly but still offers thoughtful touches, like a freshly prepared breakfast served on the rooftop. The owners are exceptionally welcoming. The brothers, Chimmy and Lala, shared local tips and even helped us arrange an authentic dessert tour, which we highly recommend. Also make sure to not miss the small art gallery in the basement, featuring works by local Rajasthan artists.

Chimmy upgraded our room (for free!) after we made an error with the reservation. The new room was noticeably more spacious, although the hot water tap wasn’t working while taking a shower. Since we ended up spending that second night (unexpectedly) in the dessert, this wasn’t much of an issue for us.

Nice, clean, and spacious rooms; attentive and accommodating staff; great location. Also, we had dinner at the hotel on our evening here: it was delicious, made to order using only fresh ingredients.

We booked last minute, as another property had canceled our booking, and we were very late to arrive. The host and chef were incredibly kind and waited for us. Food was very good and the terrace was a great space to lounge in. The hotel is also located just around the corner from the entrance to the Fort, so it's in great location.

The room was very small and had no windows. It felt very stuffy and had a really poor sleep in there. Bathroom was also small and it wasn't as clean as one would hope.

Un magnifique endroit où s'installer à Jaisalmer. Nous avons eu une chambre magnifique. Nous étions à moins de 5 minutes à pied de l'entrée de la forteresse. Tout le monde a été absolument adorable, avec un très grand sens de l'hospitalité. Une adresse que nous recommandons à 100%!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal au pied du fort ce qui permet d'être plus au calme tout en étant juste à côté des principaux lieux d'intérêts. L'hôtel est très propre, avec tout le nécessaire pour être à l'aise dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est aussi très complet et fourni. Tout le personnel était très accueillant et toujours à l'écoute. Nous avons fait une visite du fort avec l'un des propriétaires de l'hôtel et une excursion d'une nuit dans le désert organisée aussi avec l'hôtel, ces deux activités étaient vraiment parfaites. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander Shanti Home.

Nous avions demandé à acheter des parfums en ville et le propriétaire nous y a amené le lendemain. Nous ne pensions juste pas avoir une négociation aussi difficile alors que nous étions accompagnés. Nous vous conseillons donc peut-être de faire vos achats par vous même. (Un détail mais important pour nous de le souligner)
