Fantastic breakfast - was on rooftop terrace with amazing view of city. We were free to chill on the terrace any time for the rest of the too, with comfy cushions provided.

The manager Mr. Vimal Ballani was very friendly and courteous. He answered and addressed all our queries related to Jaisalmer as well as other cities we were planning to visit. He also arranged a desert safari package for us, which however didn't meet our expectations. Overly commercialized it seemed, without regards to customer experience. However, thumbs up to Mr. Ballani for checking with us from time to time and helping us out in every occasions.

The linens could have been more cleaner.

Everything! The location is brilliant, right in the heart of the fort. There is a rooftop terrace where you can have breakfast or just chill. The rooms are even better in person. The staff were so helpful and friendly as well. I would 100% recommend staying here. This is also the first place I have stayed in a while where I could get hot water to shower, so very grateful for that!

Our stay at hotel Shahi Garh was only for a day. Hotel location is right in the heart of Fort city. If you want to experience the true living of fort city, without any thought go for Shahi Garh. Rooms are clean, hotel is cozy and breakfast is made to order and that Indori poha is really sumptuous. Rightly mentioned at their reception, "You come here as strangers and make relationship for a life time". The owner Vimalji really goes that extra miles and way beyond to keep the statement above true. He is really a gem of a person. Have helped us not just with guidance or just by a letting us checkout late, But till the extend 1) Coming to pick and drop us at the car parking 2) while we were out of city tour, he personally made our luggage transfered in our car at the fort car parking. 3) After our checkout, while we were returning from safari to station, suppose to travel back home. Thus I requested him for if he can provide food packets at staion And the ultimate service and a really a example of a friend, he did it immediately without hesitation with utmost care and love. Mind blowing hospitality.
