"Fraud"

For the beginning, we didn't stay at Johnny Hotel as we have booked. Upon our arrival, someone appeared right outside the hotel and took us to another facility called The Boutique which has nothing in common with the hotel we saw advertised. We informed the owner but no response ever given. A dirty moulded place with rotten furniture and poor amenities.

Fantastic location. Very helpful hosts when requested additional items for the room.

The room was not cleaned the whole time we were occupied I.e 10 days & we had to find assistance to provide additional toilet rolls & to empty rubbish.

The location is with close proximity to the old city and the night life.

Even with the heat on, it was cold. The walls needed repainted and the bathroom /shower floor looked uncleaned. For the price… this place is trash!
