Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is very central and with easy access to public transport.

Bathroom's shower is very small

The location is good and the food place is clean however I would hardly call it a hotel.

There’s NO ONE that can give out information or checks you in/out. Due to a problem with our flight out arrival was delaying and since we didn’t self check in or send our passport on time they changed some sort of fine to my card (100 shekel) when booking.com specifically said all charges and taxes were already included on the price. I texted them and tho they accept the charge is a mistake I had to submit a claim because they simply won’t put the money back. Cero to non existent customer service. Would have booked somewhere else for the price I ended up getting charged.

Great location! Clean room.

We didn't get instructions on time, despite our related requests. We arrived & had no wifi nor internet connection so we couldn't access our emails. We had to ask strangers in the train & stores & sidewalk to call the hotel manager so we can get the code & directions on how to get inside our room.
