schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem und hilfsbereitem Personal; alles sehr gut gepflegt und sauber; trotz weniger Gäste an diesem Tag ein volles Frühstücksbüfett; sehr großes Zimmer; sehr großes Bad mit separatem WC; liegt mitten im Ort (der eine sehenswerte Altstadt nebst Schloss hat); gutes WLAN

kein Duschvorhang vor der Badewanne; Kühlschrank wurde nicht richtig kalt

"The dinner was delicious but they would benifit from more staff."

The room was large & spotlessly clean. The bathroom was also spacious & had a lively bath. There was a fridge in the room & it would have been nice to have had a kettle.

Arrival is from 5.30. We entered at approximately 5.40 to find a member of staff conducting a meeting in the reception area. She did not acknowledge us so we waited patiently, she got up & rang the bell 2 x but still no welcome. Eventually an extremely helpful man arrived to show us to our room . The same lady was on reception the following morning & I explained our disappointment at her lack of courtesy the previous night m.

"Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt und bedanken uns dafür."

Die Lage ist sehr zentral in einer schönen Gegend. Das Gebäude, die Terrasse und der begrünte Innenhof ist liebevoll bis ins Detail hergerichtet. Das Frühstück und das Restaurant sind zu empfehlen.

Es gibt nichts, was wir verbessern würden. Hier passt alles.
