Personál hotelu Vera si zaslouží jasnou 10, všichni moc milí a ochotní, ubytovali nás bez problémů ihned po příjezdu. Pokoj čistý a prostorný, lokalita blízko lázeňského centra.

Televize má velice špatný signál, nejde prakticky sledovat. Na balkoně by se hodily malé židličky.

We liked everything. By reading the reviews I was a bit worried, but the place is very nice. It is perfectly clean, the bed and pillows are great, we slep like babies. The double bed has a double mattress, instead of the usual 2 and I simply loved that. The room had a pleasant smell. Soaps, body cream and towels are provided. In the room you also have a kettle with tea and instant coffee. The breakfast was varied and filling, you have everything you need. The lady at the reception is super friendly and accommodating. She let us store our bikes inside for the whole night.

Maybe that the water pressure in the shower is low.
