Areas for Improvement: Temperature Control: The room I stayed in was consistently too cold, making it uncomfortable during my stay. Limited Hot Water Availability: The restricted hours for hot water availability (7am to 11am) posed an inconvenience, especially for guests with differing schedules. Laundry Facilities: It was disappointing to learn that there were no facilities for washing clothes within the hotel premises. Additional Charges: The imposition of extra charges for room heating was unexpected and detracted from the overall value of the stay. Outside Food Policy: The restriction on bringing outside food into the premises felt restrictive, particularly for guests with dietary preferences or requirements. Staffing Issues: The limited number of staff members on duty led to delays in service and responsiveness to guest requests. Room Service Quality: During my stay, I requested room service for fresh bedding, but found that only the bed sheets and blankets were flipped, rather than being replaced with fresh linens. Accessibility: The absence of an elevator made it challenging for physically challenged individuals to access upper floors, and this could be a significant barrier for certain guests.

Ambience was nice.Its just on the highway n market is at walkable and is just within 2 mins.Above all this property is new n seems run by the owner himself.Well Owner is gentle n he himself wakes up early n helped us open the door of the gate for us. I would definitely love to recommend stay here for all Kalimpong goers.
