Staff was very supportive and kind.. Loved the view although it was too hot there Food was okay okay

There should be more focus on cleanliness in washrooms. There should also be a dustbin in room along with an almirah to keep ur stuff

Well location was ok .... Staff was good but I know thatz not there fault to maintain property .

1 As the picture shown in website , its completely different. 2 Amenities was disasters, Heater changed 3 times and geyser was working but the flow of water is like drop coming out 3 Bed was sounding like about to Crack from middle 4 Lights was blinking whole night 5 TV is not working I was having stay for 2 days but as I checked in within a hour I planned to checked out but as we are tierd so just some how stayed for 1 night . Next early morning we check out As I have been ask half payment before check in that I paid in advance..... I have done so many bookings with you booking.com in Newzeland and here but I guess this is the last ....

Location, Owner, Property, Facilities, Cleanliness, Staff, Ambience. Mr. Vijay Rawat is an involved owner taking personal attention to detail and safety of the guests. The place is true to its name, Mrig Valley Resort, as we saw the Mrig (Deer) walking close by to the forest. The property is well placed between the valley ridges making the wind flow down the ridge bifurcations, straight thru the property. Great place to spend your time at.

Tea and daal.

1. The rooms are very moldy. It stinks of mold inside the room, the walls are peeling, the sheets smells and you can actually see the mold inside of the wardrobe. The stink is so bad, we spent most of our time outside, even in cold nights. 2. The sheets, blankets, floor, pillows were horribly dirty. There were hair on the bed, and puke marks on the side of the bed. Everything was full of dirt, or mold. The chair inside one of the larger room had sand on it, the table had dead insects on it. 3. The rooms are much smaller than how it appears in the photos. The photos are clicked in such a way they appear larger, and one of the photo is a stitched panorama. The smaller rooms are barely as large as my kitchen, maybe 12ft by 10ft would be my guess. The beds are too small if you are above 5'10". The larger room number 105, and 106 are slightly bigger but barely. And because of the mold you cannot use any space that is available lest your luggage should touch the walls. 4. No facilities whatsoever inside the room. We asked for a heater and wasn't provided with one, after the manager said we will be given. We asked for wifi and the manager said they will provide a dongle and that was a lie as well. There was no plug point near the bed, just one on the wall near the door. No shampoo, no electric kettle, no glass and no cup in the room. 5. The towels provided were damp and had stains all over it, we asked for fresh ones but that had the same problem. 6. The manager had the door locked at 11:30 pm and was horribly rude when asked to open as I had to go out to Dhanaulti early. First he lied about being in the property and then said I should go and rest and leave him be. 7. There was no exhaust in the bathroom as well. 8. Now coming to the food, chicken was rubbery, mixed veg was undercooked, aloo jeera had no salt. Roti was okay but on the thicker side.
