I went for NYE and the only suggestion I have to improve would be to list if services such as room service or the cocktail bar were closed etc.
BRwhen I had claimed for an another room, because the booked room was terrible, they change have accepted it.
the description of the offered room, on the plattform was did not mentionated that the room has two stages, and the "bed" was located on the second, above, near the roof, ca. 1,50m!
DEOne of the best hotels I have ever been. Remember Hundertwasser style, with an enormous amount of phantasy. You are all the time like in a miracle. Strongly recommend staying and dinner.
The cleaning lady tried to enter an 9 a.m. and woke me. I find it not o.k. as the check out was till 11. No other claims at all. All is mega positive!!

I had not anticipated what a pod was, and had I been 10 years older (I am 66) I could not have coped, but it was an amusing experience and I would do it again!
