"High end and new, but bad air condition and no connected rooms."

It is new, 4-star hotel, adjacent to a mall.

The Air Conditioner was not working properly in the 2 rooms we took so it was hot (we stayed mid July during hot days). No connected rooms also!

"Nice hotel but the receptionist could be better"

Nice hotel with very good breakfast

The receptionist were not polite- kept on saying that we had no bookings despite the fact I had it on the phone.
