清潔で、部屋も、照明やコンセントなど、使い勝手が良かった。また、星野温泉まで歩いていけるなど、ロケーションもよかった、

照明が、色々な場所、使っているときは便利だが、出かける時に、消すのが大変。一度に消せるように改良してほしい。

"Relaxing resort stay"

This is a really nice hotel, good location and amenities. Room was great, spacious, though you really have to watch your head. We enjoyed separate living and sleeping space. Amazing onsen at discounted price for guests. Close to 7/11.

Area is quite pricy, this is a resort type experience, so just keep it in mind when booking. Walkable from local station, not from Shinkasen one. No tea and coffee in the room, bed area needs extra ventilation before sleep.
