The bed and pillows were comfortable which was hard to come by in Japan! The property was very nice.

We wish we would have been told when dropping off our bags that there was access to the nearby onsen included in our stay. We spent the entire day out and about since it was a 20 minute taxi ride from the main area. Had we known, we would have come back earlier to utilise the onsen. We were only there for 1 nights' stay so we were unable to do much else after checking in later.
