Although it is located in one of the busiest place/area, the location was very comfortable and quite place to stay. The staff were very helpful and also increased our length of time to checkout free of charge for few hrs.

Everything was good but there was no lift in the hotel. we had to climb the stairs with the heavy luggage but thankfully the staff(security guard) helped us carry our baggage to the room. And I found there was no fridge and safety deposit locker in the room as described in the hotel which was bit sad.
